Organizational Harmonics

Harmony within systems is essential to survival and prosperity.  All organizational cultures exist across a range of "Consonance" to "Dissonance."  Mapping Organizational Harmonics enables each individual in the organization to see their degree of alignment with the organization.  It also allows leaders and groups/departments to assess their alignment, or harmony.  This book contains a unique instrument designed to empower individuals and enable organizations to monitor their culture.

This system begins with a short questionnaire for each member of your organization.  It then "types" every member into one of eight different motivating types of "roos" (see below).  Each "roo" has specific strengths, enabling you to better staff and optimize work productivity.  But, the system goes far beyond this.  Each member of your organization then "types" the organization itself, revealing gaps between their preferences and the perceived mission and vision of leadership.  This unique approach yields a myriad of insights for both management and members.

Why Map Every Individual

As we map the culture of our organization, we can better manage our time and resources.  That’s exactly what the Organizational Culture Harmonics tool enables you to do.  Every individual in your organization can be placed on this map.  Their distance from the core is an indicator of their individual harmonic position relative to the desired culture and values of leadership.  This is a measure of alignment with desired organizational values and behaviors.  This alignment is represented across a concentric model with varying degrees of agreement.
